No kids and a Dirty House

The kids have been gone since Christmas night. They went home with their Aunt since we had no sitter on Tuesday and Shane had volunteered for overtime. Apparently, they aren't coming back until Thursday sometime when Grandma brings them home. It will be just enough time to recharge their batteries for this weekend when they will get to stay up until midnight. Unfortunately all this childless time isn't allowing me to get much housework done. Last night I washed what felt like a hundred loads of laundry, but I still have four left to do. I did managed to get through Nate's closet and get out the clothes he has outgrown. They all go to his Aunt's to a family that is going through a tough time. I still need to get to Ben's, but most of his outgrown clothing will either be tossed (if holey or really ragged) or kept for Nate.
